In 1995, a vision was born in the heart of Johannesburg, to empower individuals through culinary education, equipping them with skills, confidence, and opportunities to thrive in the world.

Today, 30 years later, HTA School of Culinary Art proudly celebrates three decades of shaping culinary careers, inspiring passion, and setting the standard in professional cookery.

As Managing Director Stephen Billingham reflects on the journey, we thank every student, staff member, partner, and industry friend who has been part of the HTA family since the beginning.
