OUR ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Only aspirant Chefs who wish to seriously excel in their chosen career, who are committed, dynamic and have a desire to produce food of the highest standard and wish to be a cut above the rest.
Minimum entry age is 17 and applicants should preferably be in possession of a Grade 12 (Matric) certificate or recognised equivalent. Applicants are to submit copies of any relevant results and/or certificates, as well as a copy of their CV, identity document, and motivation letter.
Final selection is based on a personal interview with the student and his/her parents/guardian and the results of both an aptitude test.
Only a limited number of students will be accepted per group to ensure that each person receives the attention and practical experience required to successfully complete their programme.
