HTA ANNUAL BOEREWORS COMPETITION 2024

This year’s competition was truly a feast with 13 gourmet Boerewors teams bringing their A-game. The teams pulled their inspiration from culinary traditions around the world; from Mexico to the Middle East, Asia to Greece, and of course, our home country South Africa, these talented students showcased their understanding of blending flavours, contrasting textures, and the art of outdoor cooking.
It sure was an awesome day
So much fun, well done to the students, some very interesting wors concepts.
