Apart from offering a quality range of Chef training programmes at our Training Centre in Randburg, HTA are the leaders in industry based on-site training and assessment programmes for employment members of our industry. HTA specialise in providing on-site training to accommodate those units that cannot release staff due to factors such as distance, productivity or size of brigade.
In order to deliver effective on-site training and correctional coaching, the following process will be followed:
- To determine the current level of your staff abilities and finalise the content of the programme, a representative of HTA will come on-site to meet with the Training Manager / Head Chef to discuss areas of training requirements.
- Once the training needs have been determined, HTA will then format the modules in the required training programme and determine duration of the programme.
- All training will be conducted on-site; in the learner’s work place, however provision for use of a clear section of the kitchen and or lecture facilities may be required from time to time depending on the programme being presented.
