The World Association of Chefs Societies (WACS) is a quality recognition programme in Culinary Education that was developed by the WACS Education Committee following extensive research, consultation and consideration for global diversity and commitment to Culinary Excellence. The South African Chefs Association (SAChefs) is South Africa’s authority on food and all things culinary. It is a non-profit organisation that has been representing Chefs, Cooks and Caterers at all levels for over 42 years. HTA School of Culinary is an active Corporate Member Training Provider of the South African Chefs Association.
