1 Year Programme in Patisserie
Based on the HTA In-Service Apprenticeship Programme (Block Release) and Industry demand, HTA has designed and developed the 1-year Block Release Patisserie Programme. The Patisserie Programme offers Chefs the opportunity to learn whilst working. Delegates attend a 3-day per month Block Release Module, during which both the Theoretical and Practical components of the qualification is covered.
Who should attend?
All levels of Cooks and Chefs within Kitchen Brigades, or private individuals wishing to broaden their skills and knowledge. An interview and skills testing process is required in order to qualify for registration on this programme.
